1. General Return Guidelines

Due to the nature of our products—high-end, luxury vehicles—we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. However, if you encounter any issues with your vehicle or if there are defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will work closely with you to resolve the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction and will provide solutions based on the circumstances of your purchase.

2. Return of Defective or Damaged Vehicles

If your vehicle is delivered with defects or damage that were not disclosed prior to purchase, please contact us immediately at info@tudorglasni.com or call our hotline: (812) 659-3844. We will assess the situation and arrange for a return or exchange based on the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty or our in-house quality checks.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the vehicle is returned due to a material defect or damage that occurs before delivery or at the point of sale.
  • If an order is canceled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the vehicle has not yet been delivered or customized.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the return has been approved and processed.

Please note that any associated fees such as delivery charges, installation costs, and customization fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

For cancellations after the 48-hour period, we may charge a restocking fee or withhold certain costs associated with the preparation and delivery of the vehicle.

  • Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the vehicle. Vehicles must be returned in the condition they were received, with all original documentation, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • All returns must be completed within 14 days from the delivery date.

6. Exceptions to the Return and Refund Policy

  • Customized Vehicles: Vehicles that have been customized according to your specifications, including color, interior, or technology features, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
