1. Vehicle Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, once a vehicle has been delivered or accepted, it is generally considered final and not eligible for a return. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and confirm all vehicle details before completing your transaction.
2. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Returns or exchanges may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Defective Vehicle: If you receive a vehicle that is found to have a manufacturer defect or mechanical issue that makes the vehicle unsafe or inoperable, we will evaluate the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the severity of the issue and the warranty coverage.
- Incorrect Vehicle Delivery: In the rare event that the wrong vehicle is delivered to you, we will arrange for the return of the incorrect vehicle and deliver the correct one at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Vehicles: If a vehicle is deemed defective or has significant damage upon delivery, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement vehicle, depending on the customer’s preference.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your vehicle order before delivery or processing is complete, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately to initiate the cancellation process. Cancellations are not accepted once the vehicle has been delivered or accepted.
4. Process for Returns and Refunds

Provide Necessary Documentation: Provide your order details, including the vehicle identification number (VIN), proof of purchase, and a description of the issue or reason for return.
Inspection and Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the issue, arrange for an inspection if needed, and determine whether the return, replacement, or refund is applicable.
Return/Replacement: If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the return of the vehicle at no additional cost to you. If a replacement vehicle is required, we will deliver the new vehicle as soon as possible.
Refund Processing: If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used vehicles: Once a vehicle is used, it is not eligible for a return.
- Custom Orders: Specially ordered or custom-built vehicles are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
- Services: Service-related fees, including vehicle maintenance or repairs, are non-refundable once completed.
6. Warranty Coverage
All vehicles sold by TUDORGLASNI come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. If your vehicle experiences issues within the warranty period, please contact our service department for assistance. We will assist you in processing any warranty claims.
